Karin Lidbeck-Brent, a renowned photo stylist and producer, creates dozens of lifestyle and home design features a year for the nation’s leading magazines, including Better Homes and Gardens, Country Living and Good Housekeeping. Adding to her list of accomplishments Karin recently became a contributing editor to New England Homes magazine.

After graduating from Parsons School of Design, she began her publishing career as the Associate Crafts Editor for Woman’s Day. Twenty-five years later, Karin has styled and produced over 500 features on a wide array of topics, including home interiors, lifestyle, entertaining, craft/how-to and holiday decorating.

In addition to her magazine work, Karin has lent her styling skills and expertise to numerous advertising, marketing, catalog and television projects.

Karin oversees every project she undertakes, from start to finish. This includes all phases of project development, from initial story concepts, prop styling and location scouting to photo styling, writing and art direction.

She has an extensive background in art, illustration and design as well as in decorative and mural painting.
